At the entry in this vacation home you have your washer and dryer and then your fully stocked kitchen with all your amenities. As you walk into an open living room and dining room you may view the lake. You will find that the stones around the gas fireplace are the stones found along the lake front shoreline. The living room has your basic cable TV with a DVD and VHS. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a California king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Each room has plenty of closet space. A full bathroom with tub and double sink is accessible on the 1st floor.
As you go upstairs you enter an open bedroom with a twin bed and a full size futon. This second floor has a powder room with a toilet and sink. The master bedroom upstairs has a California king size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to enjoy the cool breeze and TV's.
We are located 3 miles south of Geneva on the west side of Seneca Lake. There are two 4-star resorts with restaurants, two public golf courses, local cocktail bar, Ports Cafe' Restaurant & Cone and Grill located within minutes. Wineries are located within miles; just follow the wine trail for Seneca Lake. Waterloo outlet mall is just 20 minutes away and Watkins Glen gorge just a 45 minute ride south. To explore the best kept secret Seneca Lake has to offer, you should rent either a fishing boat, ski boat or pontoon boat at Roy's Marina 315-789-3094. They have all your boating needs; live bait, fuel, and tackle. Larry and Rosalyn will tell you where to fish and what the locals use to find them.
